Therapeutic Group Homes

Paramount Youth Services offers Therapeutic Group homes for at-risk children and adolescents who are in need of supervision and monitoring in the community setting. The group home setting is family oriented to serve the needs of young men that require special attention and a step-down-community based program.
Our community based services are provided to young men who are referred by juvenile courts, social services and any community services agency. We offer individual, family and group counseling to develop the skills needed for successful integration into the community.
Supervised Apartment Living
(Hanson Apartments)

The philosophy of Paramount Youth Services’ Supervised Apartment Living program is to strengthen young men’s ability to develop independent living skills. We believe in providing assessment and intervention which is successful in strengthening the individual’s ability to function independently and develop greater self sufficiency.
Barraud House
(Predisposition Program)

The Barraud House program is designed to provide specialized programming for male adolescents who may be under-socialized, highly oppositional, or otherwise in need of the controls and services of a staff secure setting. The program serves males between the ages of 12 – 18 years who have manifested significant conduct difficulties as juveniles. Programming is designed to promote adaptive behaviors, which can be practiced, evaluated, reinforced, and modified to meet the needs of each resident.
